J C Moore, age 86, of Decatur, passed away Saturday April 16, 2016. Services will be held on Wednesday April 20, 2016, at Horis A. Ward Funeral Home - Fairview Chapel at 2pm, with Stephen Walters officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Memorial Cemetery.
A native of Screven County, GA, Mr. J C Moore retired from self-employment. He is survived by: children, Brenda Elliott, Carlis & Judy Moore, James and Debbie Moore, Janice and Larry Tillery, Jerry and Nancy Brown, Alex Moore & Preston McCrackin, Becky Knight, Charlene and Ronnie Coleman, 16 grandkids, 37 great-grandkids, and 8 great-great-grandkids, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by Wife, Joyce Jeanette Moore.
