Jewell Ozene Case

Jewell was born June 2, 1936 in Jackson County, Alabama. She was the eldest child of the late Raymond and Bernice Hall.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 48 years, Thomas Franklin Case; three of her younger siblings, Willie Mae Hall, Anita Jarvis and Dempsey Hall; and her son-in-law, Danny Kenney.

She leaves behind her dear sister and brother: Linda Coty and Roger Hall; her four children and their spouses: Terry and Leigh Case, Jerry and Yvonne Case, Katrina Kenney, and Tammy and Bryan Liles; her grandchildren: Jamie (Jason) Brazier, Mandy (Micheal) Dunn, Jeremy (Kat) Kenney, Duane (Amanda) Case, Melissa (Matt) McCurtain, Britney (Brian) King, Dillon (Justin) Liles-Tindall, Taylor (Jergevious) Glover, Tristan (Alyssa) Liles, and Clinton Liles.

Others who will cherish her precious memory are her 19 great-grandchildren, a whole host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and countless brothers and sisters in Christ.

At only 10 years old, she decided to serve the Lord with her whole heart, and received salvation. She attended church at Stockbridge Holiness Church until Parkinson’s Disease weakened her to the point of being homebound. She continued to praise the lord, and train up her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren in the way they should go.

We are so grateful for the love that leaves behind such grief. We ask for prayers in the coming days, weeks, and months.

A visitation of family and friends for Jewell will be held Sunday, January 12, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Horis A. Ward - Fairview Chapel | 376 Fairview Road, Stockbridge, Georgia 30281. A celebration of her life will immediately follow in Ward's Chapel at 1:00PM. Services will conclude with a graveside committal at Fairview Memorial Gardens | 164 Fairview Road, Stockbridge, Georgia 30281. Pastor Bobby J. House and Brother Kris Jarvis, officiating.
