Jim Neri, 49, of Stockbridge, GA passed away November 7, 2009. Mr. Neri served in the U.S. Marine Corps 2nd A.N.G.L.I.C.O. unit from 1978 to 1984. He was employed at Suntrust Bank for 28 years, and was the owner of Mt. Zion Child Care Center in Jonesboro, GA. Jim attended Mt. Vernon Baptist Church. Jim is survived by his loving wife, Cindy Neri of Stockbridge, GA; daughter, Amanda Neri of Stockbridge, GA; son, Jake Neri of Stockbridge, GA; father, Stan Neri of Largo, FL; mother, Vivienne Holmes of Jacksonville, FL; 2 sisters and 2 brothers and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Wednesday, November 11, 2009 at Ward’s Fairview Chapel with Pastor Irv Ryder officiating. Entombment service will follow at Eternal Hills Memory Gardens in Snellville, GA with military honors. The family will receive friends this evening, Tuesday, November 10, 2009 from 6-9 PM at Horis A.
