Joann Evans Morgan, age 83 of Rex, GA, beloved daughter of the late Corbett and Lucille Evans passed away on Monday, March 19, 2018. She leaves to cherish her memory, daughter Vickie Carver, grandson Michael Carver and wife, Eva, great grandchildren, Ashton, Owen, Kelsey, Abby, and Jimmy Carver, granddaughter, Carrie Hewell, nieces, nephews, cousins, loving family and friends. She was also preceded in death by sister, Hazel Boyd and son in-law,

Jimmy Carver.

Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation on Thursday, March 22, 2018 from 6-8 p.m. and Friday, March 23rd from 1-2 p.m. at Horis A. Ward Funeral Home Fairview Chapel, 376 Fairview Road, Stockbridge, GA 30281, where funeral service will begin on Friday at 2 p.m. Burial will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, Forest Park, GA 30297.
