He was preceded in death by his father Neal J. Wells SR. Joe was born in Decatur GA. December 5, 1960 to the late Neal J. Wells Sr. and Doris J. Wells.
Survivors mother Doris J. Wells of McDonough, GA. Sister Marilyn Ashley of Douglasville GA., Brother Jack & Kay Wells of Millner GA., and Don & Shirley Wells of Stockbridge, GA.
Seven Nephews and Five Nieces. Seventeen Great Nephews and Nieces.
The family will receive family and friends on August 16, 2014, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, at Mt. Zion Methodist Church , 984 Panola Road Ellenwood, GA. Memorial Service will follow at 2:00 PM with Dr. Joseph Harrington officiating.
