Kenneth Edward Lewis Sr., age 82, of Stockbridge, Ga. passed away July 4th, 2010. He was preceded in death by his daughter Susan Diane Lewis and grandson Randall Kenneth Turner. Kenneth worked for Delta Airlines for 42 years and was a member of the Stockbridge First Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife Virginia Frost Lewis; daughter Patricia Ann Lewis of Dallas, Tex.; son Kenneth Edward Lewis, Jr. and wife Sandra Sewell of Ellenwood, Ga.; sister Kathleen Lewis; grandchildren Heather Ann Lewis and Henry Ezekiel Turner,III; great-grandchildren Christian and Hayley Turner; special cousin, and like a brother, Rev. Bill Boggs and wife Vivian of Holly Springs, Ga.; other cousins, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July7, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. in the Fairview Chapel of Horis A. Ward. Rev. Steve Murell will officiate. Interment will follow in the Fairview Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5-7 p.m. on Tuesday, July 6th.
