Patricia Ann Scott

Trish lived in Loganville Georgia with her husband of 28 years Jeffry E. Scott. She was known in the early years by family and friends as Pat. Later on, she preferred Trish. Trish had been a licensed real estate agent, Realtor, and Real Estate Broker from 1973 till her passing. Along the way, she worked for very well-known companies and builders. A few were Morris and Raper, Colony Homes, Weiland Homes. She also started a real estate company with her husband ERA Olde Atlanta Realty. In recent years she loved spending time with her 2 kids and 2 stepchildren, 12 grand kids, and 11 great grandkids. Although if you asked her not nearly enough time.

Trish was preceded in death by both her parents, her sister Irene Waddell, brother Charlie Ward, and her youngest brother Jimmy Ward. She leaves behind her husband of 28 years Jeffry E. Scott, Daughter Paige/Larry Eddy, son Gary/Heather Nicholson II, Michael/Sarah Scott, Justin/Marina Scott. Granddaughters Jessica/Billy Kinsman, Lindsay/Josh Hammons, Erica Eddy, Kendall/Cameron Morris, Mackenzie Nicholson, Hailey Singleton, Shelby Scott, and grandsons Codey/Alexis Eddy, Hunter and Blake Singleton, Jax, Jameson and Hunter Scott. Great Grandkids Kiley,Ethan,Gage,Harper,Shyanne, Elijah, Lincoln, Caroline, Ramsey and Evelynn.

A visitation will be held for Trish on Saturday, January 3, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Horis A. Ward Funeral Home - Fairview Chapel | 376 Fairview Road, Stockbridge, Georgia, 30281. Following the visitation will be a celebration of her life at the Fairview Chapel, starting at 2:00 pm. Services will conclude with a graveside committal at Fairview Memorial Gardens | 164 Fairview Road, Stockbridge, Georgia, 30281.
