Robert Ian Evans

Ian, as he was affectionately called, was born on April 30, 1981 in Atlanta, Georgia to Lucinda Jo "Cindy" Hardin and Robert Curtis Evans. He graduated from Stockbridge High School. His professional career was spent in the landscaping industry and worked for TLC Industries.

Ian met the love of his life, Shelby Nichole Bivens over 14 years ago. They later married and had a beautiful daughter, Maggie. Together he lived happily ever after loving his sweetheart.

He was an avid Atlanta Falcons and Georgia Bulldogs fan. Ian was a simple guy who enjoyed the simple things in life, like listening to Chris Stapleton and having a nice cold beer. He was content in life and preferred making sure everyone else was happy more than himself. He absolutely adored his daughter, Maggie.

He was a devoted husband, father, son, brother and friend.

Ian's life will forever be remembered and cherished by his wife, Shelby Evans; daughter, Maggie Evans; mother, Cindy Sullivan; father, Robert Evans; brother, Justin Evans and his wife Kate; five nephews; three nieces; many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Visitation for Mr. Robert Ian Evans will be held on Monday, July 20, 2020 from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM in 10 person rotation intervals (guests must wear a mask) at Horis A. Ward Funeral Home-Fairview Chapel, 376 Fairview Road, Stockbridge, Georgia 30281 and Tuesday, July 21, 2020 from 4:30PM - 5:30PM.

The Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at 6:00PM in the Fairview Chapel and will be streamed live via https://www.facebook.com/HAWFairview.
