Robert Dillard Wiley Sr., age 81, of Ellenwood Ga, passed away on October 4, 2017. Funeral services will be held on October 7, 2017, at Horis A. Ward Funeral Home- Fairview Chapel at 11am, with Rev. Kevin Kuykendall and Rev. Shane Roye officiating. Interment will immediately follow at the Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery located at 851 Bethel-Bower Road, Bethlehem, Ga. 30620.
A native of Henry County, Georgia, Mr. Wiley was self-employed as a carpenter. He is survived by: his wife, Linda Nix of 25 years; daughters; Charlene Smith(husband Lynn), Teresa Dispain (husband James), Dawn Williams (husband Richard), Charlotte Wiley, and Jennifer Wiley; sons; David Wiley and Bobby Wiley; his sisters; Dale, Judy, Linda, Alice, and Joyce, his brother, Cleamon, 24 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Bob was preceded in death by his first wife Rachel Wiley; his 3 sisters Shirley, Elizabeth, and Dorthy, his brother, Daniel, his mother, Hattie Bell and father, Cleamon, and his son, James Wiley. The family will receive friends October 6, 2017, from 4pm- 8pm at the funeral home located at 376 Fairview Road, Stockbridge, Georgia, 30281. Condolences may be offered at Horis A.
