Sandra was born on November 11, 1939 in College Park, Georgia. She was a member of Stewart Baptist Church in Covington, Georgia. She is survived by her son, Dale McDonald and his wife, Donna and their children, Benny, Adam, and Jessie along with their families from Stockbridge, Georgia; her daughter, Dawn Jones and her husband, Reggie and their daughter, Ashley of Mansfield, Georgia; her granddaughter, Sandy and her husband, Gene and their children of Warner Robins, Georgia; and her brothers, Jimmy Terry of Conyers, Georgia and Teddy Terry of Union City, Georgia.
Next to Sandra’s love of her faith and family, she enjoyed rooting for the Braves and attending her church. The family takes great comfort in knowing her final destination and being at peace with Jesus.
The family will receive visitors on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at 1:00PM with a Celebration of Life Service to follow at 2:30PM at Horis A. Ward Funeral Home, 376 Fairview Road, Stockbridge, Georgia 30281. Interment will follow in Fairview Memorial Gardens.
