Bill was born in Atlanta, GA to William & Catherine Duncan. He went to Fulton High School and went on to graduate from Georgia State University. He worked at First State Bank in Stockbridge, GA for over 25 years. He was an avid sports fan and loved everything GA sports; except for the University of Georgia.

Bill is survived by his sons Billy, Barry, and Tim; daughters-in-law Shay Duncan, Kelly Wallis, & Sherry Wallis; and three grandchildren, Gage Duncan, Knox Duncan, and Emma Wallis.
The immediate family will gather for a private graveside memorial on Friday, April 10, 2020.
A celebration of his life will be announced at a later date for family and friends to share in his remembrance.
