William Josh Faircloth Sr. age 78 of Ellenwood passed away Saturday June 9, 2012. Mr. Faircloth was a graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Civil Engineering. Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday June 12, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in the First Baptist Church of Ellenwood with Rev. Ralph Wade, Rev. Jeff Becker and Rev. Norman Drummond officiating. Interment will follow in Fairview Memorial Gardens. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Dorothy Moody Faircloth. 4 children; Karen (Richard) Boullain, Lance (Terrie) Faircloth, Cindy(Ronnie) Roach and Jill (John) Martin. Daughter-in-law; Sheila~Marie (Johnny) Johnson. 17 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren. He is preceded in death by a son; William Josh (Jay) Faircloth, Jr. Parents; James and Jimmie Mae Faircloth. 2 brothers; James Fletcher Jr. and Robert Lewis Faircloth. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday June 11, 2012 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Horis A. Ward-Fairview Chapel in charge of arrangements.
