Willis was from Lakewood in Fulton County, but was raised in Forest Park, GA.
Willis was married to the love of his life, Mildred Viginia Patterson. He leaves his wife and four children, Michael Cox, Phyllis Truelove, Denise Arnold, and Robin Penberton. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 28 great grandchildren. Willis had four sisters, Genieva, Lois, Georgia May, and was preceded in death by Dot.
Willis had a wonderful sense of humor and loved being outside and gardening.
Visitation will be Friday, January 3rd, from 6-8pm at Horis A. Ward Fairview Chapel. Funeral Services are Saturday, January 4th, at 12pm in the Funeral Home’s Chapel. Interment will be in the Forest Hills Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Forest Park.
Willis will be deeply missed by his family and friends who loved him very much.
