

Wilma G. Miller, aged 92, of Stockbridge, Georgia, peacefully passed away on November 3, 2024. Born on April 12, 1932, in the small town of Manchester, Tennessee, Wilma grew up in a community where faith, family, and resilience were cornerstones of life. These values stayed with her throughout her journey and shaped the legacy she leaves behind. She found joy in the simple, everyday moments with her family, earning respect and admiration from all who knew her. As a mother to four children, she epitomized unwavering love and fierce protectiveness, guiding her offspring with wisdom and care. Her role extended to being a grandmother to nine and a great-grandmother to many, with each generation benefitting from her presence and guidance.
Wilma was known for her strong will, a trait that saw her through life's many challenges and joys. Her determination and resilience inspired her family and friends, and her vibrant spirit brought warmth to those around her. Though her family was her greatest pride, Wilma's impact reached all who came to know her.
She is survived by her beloved children, Anthony Green and Nina Faulkner. Wilma's two sons, Johnny Green and Stanley Miller, predeceased her, and she now joins them in peace. The love and memories she shared with them are cherished by her surviving children and extended family.
Funeral services in honor of Wilma will be held at Horis A. Ward Funeral Home in Stockbridge, Georgia, on Thursday, November 7th, at 2 pm. Family and friends gather to celebrate her life, remembering the remarkable woman she was.
