

Wyman was born September 30, 1924 to his late parents, William Milton Clark and Fannie J. Cook Clark. He graduated in 1942 from McDonough High School. During WWII, Wyman served two years in the United States Army as an X-Ray Technician, stationed in the Philippines. In 1948, Wyman began his career with Georgia Power Company in the Forestry Department, Atlanta Division, retiring as Line Foreman, Minola District with 33 years of service. He enjoyed fishing, gardening and traveling with the Fairview Camping Club. Wyman was a long time member of the Dahlia Society of Georgia and the Top of Georgia Airstream Park. Wyman was one of the first members of the Fairview Church of Christ, Stockbridge, Georgia, where he enjoyed sharing his dahlias on Sunday, as well as, with family, friends and community businesses.
Survivors include nephews, Ronald Turpin (Carolyn), Lee M. Clark (Carol) and Tim Clark; nieces, Jane Hammock (Jerry) and Lynn Wilhoit; many great nephews and nieces and sister-in-law, Gloria Floyd Smith (Carlton).
Wyman wishes to express his love and appreciation to Linda Cooper Barnes (Richard), Darrell S. Cooper (Barbara), Sibyl Cooper Snead (Larry) and Serenity Iris Willard for the years of happiness they have brought into his life as "Kids."
He was preceded in death by his wife of 70 years, Mary Frances Floyd Clark; brothers, J. W. Clark (Laura) and Milton A Clark (Betty); sisters, Bernease C. Branan (John) and Pauline C. Turpin (Clyde) and great niece, Becky Kelley.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Fairview Memorial Gardens, 164 Fairview Road, Stockbridge, Georgia 30281. At Wyman's request, in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Mount Dora Christian Home and Bible School, 301 West 13th Avenue, Mount Dora, Florida 32757 in memory of Wyman C. Clark.
