

Mrs. Annie Mae Watson was born to the Union of Minest Hunt Sr. and Rosemary Luberta Winey Hunt in Crosby, Texas on September 29, 1931. She attended grade school in Dayton, Texas. The family moved to Stockton, California in 1946 where she attended Stockton High School.
She married Glen Watson, they moved to Los Angeles, California. To this Union: Curley, Lloyd, Rosemary, Kenneth, Nyles, Kevin, Leroy, Lawrence, Adam, Phyllis, Shelly Earl, and Lynette.
Annie Mae had an active life: Den mother in the Boy Scouts of America, Sunday school teacher, citizen member of the Polices & Sheriffs, and volunteered at the Mourfield senior’s center.
Annie Mae Watson was a wife, mother and friend; she was a caregiver when her family and friends required support. She was an encourager when encouragement was needed. She was a counselor during times when critical decisions required attention. Her faith was strong and she often reminded us all to Pray. In fact, one of her favorite phrases was “Pray and Don’t Worry”. Her love, faith and guidance enabled family and friends to get through the trials and tribulations of life.
Preceding Annie Mae Watson in death; her loving husband Glen Watson, daughter Rosemary Watson, son Kevin Ray Watson, and eight brothers. Annie Mae leaves to cherish her memory: Curley, Lloyd, Kenneth, Nyles, Leroy, Lawrence, Adam, Phyllis, Shelly Earl and Lynette. Two sisters; Evelyn Waters, and Elsie Mae Oliver, and two brothers Wilbert Hunt, and Henry Hunt. Great grandchildren, grandchildren, and a host of other relatives, and friends. We will always love and miss Annie Mae Watson; she always will be special in our hearts. We look forward to seeing her in the earth made new.
