Tony grew up in Stockton and in recent years found a sense of home in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he resided for the past several years. He was a devoted father, grandfather, brother, uncle, husband and friend—a man whose gentle presence brought profound warmth, joy, and unbreakable connection to everyone fortunate enough to know him.
Tony lived life with quiet passion and deep faith. A man rooted in his belief in God, he knew Scripture well and drew strength, wisdom, and comfort from its words every day. His faith guided him gently through life’s joys and challenges, and he shared its light with those around him through his kindness and steadfast love.
He found freedom and exhilaration in motorcycle riding, peace and reflection in fishing, and endless delight in spending quality time with those he held dear. Above all, his greatest joy came from his family, he took immense pride in them, cherishing every moment shared and nurturing bonds that will endure forever.
Tony was preceded in death by his father, Robert; his mother, Elizabeth “Betty” and his brother, Ronald. He is survived by his children, Leticia, Tony Jr., Elizabeth, Nancy, Steven, and Laura; by his 16 beloved grandchildren; his wife Christy; his siblings: Robert, Roseann, Daniel, David, Diane, Steven, Terri, Randy, and Donald; and by an abundance of nieces and nephews who will miss him, his laugher & his jokes immensely.
Anthony “Tony” Orani will be deeply missed, yet lovingly remembered in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. His light—brightened by faith, family, and quiet strength—will continue to shine through the lives he touched so deeply.
