He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Sheila German, sister Elizabeth Lee, three sons: Scott (Keryn) granddaughter Arcadia; Jeffrey (Jessie), grandchildren Alexis (Brian) Bauer, great grandson Blake, Ryan Henry, great grandchildren, McKenna and Landen; and Terry (Anna Dugan).
Art served in the Navy, retired from NCR Corporation after 33 years, and spent another 20 years working for O-G Packing Company in Stockton.
Art enjoyed many hobbies; Community Service through the Lions Club, Golf, photography, the building of a wonderful cabin in West Point and woodworking, especially turning beautiful art pieces on his lathe.
