

David was a devoted family man, a loyal friend, and a generous soul whose kindness touched everyone who knew him. He was known for his honesty, patience, resilience, and unwavering dedication to the people he loved.
Family meant everything to David. He cherished spending time with his loved ones and was always there to support them in any way he could. His love for family was evident in the way he showed up—consistently, selflessly, and with a full heart.
David worked as a Supervisor at Del Monte Cannery, where he was trusted to train staff and support operations across various locations. He was hardworking, reliable, and respected for his
leadership and strong work ethic.
He had many interests that brought him joy. David loved gardening, watching sports—especially football, baseball, basketball, and soccer—and spending time with friends. He also enjoyed going to the casino and spending quality time with family.
David had a heart for serving others. He volunteered at a community center food bank and helped with various community activities and Stockton events. His generosity knew no
limits—he never turned away someone in need and even sponsored a child from another country, showing his deep compassion for others.
David was also known for his memorable sayings and sense of humor. Some of his favorite quotes included:
“Head on Sucker,” “Hey Heavy,” and “Lying Dog.”
These phrases reflected his personality and will forever remind loved ones of his unique spirit.
Those who knew David will remember him for his warmth, kindness, and willingness to help others. His legacy of generosity, love, and service will live on through the many lives he touched.
A visitation will be held at Frisbie-Warren & Carroll Mortuary, located at 809 North California, Stockton, CA 95202, on January 22, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Following the visitation, a prayer vigil/rosary will take place at the same location from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
The funeral service is scheduled for January 23, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Saint Linus Church, 2620 S B St, Stockton, CA 95206.
The committal service will follow at San Joaquin Catholic Cemetery, 719 E Harding Way, Stockton, CA 95204, from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm. David Rodriguez's final resting place will be at San Joaquin Catholic Cemetery.
