Guido was born in Stockton to Italian immigrant parents. He started his work career at the young age of 14 with Green Frog Market. After marrying his high school sweetheart, Gwen, in 1944 they opened their first business together, Pacific Market. He then continued to run highly successful businesses: Pacific 5 & 10, The Toy Box, Pardini’s Gifts and Pardini’s Collectibles until retirement in 2000. Guido had a love for woodworking, building, fishing and reading and also loved spending time with his family. Guido is survived by his two sons, Fred (Teri) and Garry (Wanda) and his four grandchildren Amy, Doug (Katie), RJ and Tony. Also he has three great-grandchildren. Viewing will be held on Saturday, May 7 from 3-6 pm and services will be held on Monday, May 9 at 10:00 am both at DeYoung Shoreline.
