 Through out our lives  we recieve special blessings  from the Lord ..  Joe  was that  special  blessing  in your  life . He endured  hardships  along with the rest of  the family  growing up, but his  loving heart helped him rise above the hardships and be an inspiration  for  others.  He loved the Lord  and he loved his family,  What  more  could  you  ask of  in  a man.  The world is a better place because of Joe. The Santoyo family  has every  reason to be proud.. Joe Luis  was an extrodinary Man, He made the world a better place, leading by example, after  talking with him somehow your step was a little lighter, your outlook a  little brighter,  you were less judgemental of others and less critical of yourself.  More willing to forgive others,  and able  to forgive ourselves. The day was no  longer  a chore to be labored through  but a gift  you were eagar to embrace.   Joe Luis  gave us hope. 
    23 years I have known Joe.  He was my Friend, my Mentor, my financial advisor, a referee with his Dad & I.     my teacher, my shrink, my concious  and my priest.  He has scolded me, molded me,  consoled me, been painfully honest with me  but most of all he welcomed me. 
   He was a wonderful son, to his father and worried about his parents,  we spoke often of this. He vowed to take  care of them. Well Joe, You can rest in peace,  I will make sure your Dad is OK. For all you have  brought to my life by having known you, Joe I thank you. I will never ever  forget you, And....Long after we've all said our good-byes...... Our hearts will still remember....... and remember.
