Jovita G. Moreno passed away surrounded by her family on October 29, 2013. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Jovita worked as a teacher assistant for many years before retiring from Stockton Unified School District. She loved to travel, work in her garden, read her Bible and listen to gospel music. She was preceded in death by her parents Domingo and Eufemia Gutierrez; husband of 63 years Frank R. Moreno and siblings Heriberto Gutierrez, Mike Gutierrez, Ralph Gutierrez and Esther Azevedo. Jovita is survived by her children Irene Marquez, Frances Aguilar, Dolores Santos and Frank Moreno Jr.; siblings Gabriel Gutierrez, Daniel Gutierrez, John Gutierrez, Lupe Adame, Toni Navarec and Susie Herrera; 8 Grandchildren and 12 Great grandchildren.
