Julie was born on February 25, 1922, in Bakersfield, California to Esteban and Grace Ortiz. She is survived by Carlos Rendon, Stepson Steven Kirkwold, Granddaughters Renee and Sara Rendon. Proceeded in death by her Son Ronald Rendon and Brothers Steve and Arthur Ortiz, and Sister Mary Blei.
