Kathleen Dorothy Christopherson

Kathleen D. Christopherson, July 3, 1925 - Mar. 20, 2017 Kathleen D. Christopherson, best known as "Mugga", passed away at the age of 91 on March 20, 2017. She was born on July 3, 1925 in Belle Plaine, MN to Anthony and Inez Dressen. She had 14 brothers and sisters and moved to California in 1960 with her husband Thomas. Her passions included being an amazing mother to her four children, a great wife, and being a seamstress. She lived in the Victory Park neighborhood for more than 50 years and enjoyed walking the park daily. She was known and loved by many of her neighbors. Kathleen is survived by two brothers, four children Nancy, Jody, Karen (Kevin) and Dale, four grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held Monday March 27, 2017, 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. at De Young Memorial Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at San Joaquin Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please make contributions to Hospice of San Joaquin County or favorite charity.
