Olga Mendoza was born to Apolonia and Frank Mendoza Sr., on July 01, 1933 in Thermal California. The Coachella Valley (as she so proudly would say) She was the eldest of 10. She peacefully departed us on November 14, 2023 surrounded by all her loving family.
Olga was a loving Mother to her children, daughter Laura Gonzalez and preceded in death by her two son’s Lorenzo M. Gonzalez and Joey Mendoza. Her legacy continues through her cherished Grandchildren; Brittany, Sandra, Joey, Teresa, and Eddie, as well as her Great-children; Dominic, Gabriella, Eileen, Emma, Liliana, Tristan, Camilla, and Josiah.
Olga’s legacy is one of kindness, compassion, and an overwhelming love for all her family.
She had a great passion for learning at a very early age, and she always had a book in hand to keep her mind sharp. She was the first one to get on the dance floor, or to gather her siblings for a quick trip to the casino - bringing laughter and light to every occasion. Even in her final years, nothing could get in the way of her unwavering devotion to watching her beloved SF Giants and 49ers play, a testament to her passion and dedication.
Olga's love and influence will live on through the generations she touched with her kindness and joyful spirit. She had the unique ability to cast positivity and happiness over every moment of life. Even now, she reminds us all to make each day special and live each day to the fullest. May she rest in eternal peace.
