Parris was born in Pittsburg, CA to Kimberly M. Cooper and Norman Hall. Parris attended school in Pittsburg and Lodi, CA. He shared a passion for cars with his father. Parris also loved kids, spending time with family, money, music and the holidays.
Parris was preceded in death by his brother Andrew Walker, Grandmother Joann Aitmon, Grandfather Danny Hall, James E. Cooper and cousins and uncles.
