Boob was a hardworking man, a loving and devoted husband and father. He was loved and respected by his family, friends, and co-workers. He cherished adventures with his wife and family, traveling both near and far for camping trips and annual visits to Hawaii.
Bob leaves behind his wife, Maggie and children; Lenet Bischof, Nani Hester, Bernal Vaba, and Butch Vaba. He also leaves behind his brother Patrick McLaughlin, nieces and nephews, and many beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren. Bob is preceded in death by his children Bernet Lee and Jack Vaba.

A rosary will occur Wednesday, March 26, 2025 at 5:00 PM, 7676 Shoreline Dr, Stockton, California. A mass of christian burial will occur Thursday, March 27, 2025 at 10:00 AM at St. Luke's Catholic Church, 3847 N. Sutter Street, Stockton, California. A committal service will occur at San Joaquin Catholic Cemetery, 719 E Harding Way, Stockton, CA 95204.
