

Susan Norene Allala was born on October 13, 1970, and passed away peacefully on January 6, 2026, in Stockton, California, at the age of 55, following a courageous five-and-a-half year battle with cancer. Throughout her journey, Susan demonstrated remarkable strength, grace, and determination.
For more than three decades, Susan built an extraordinary career as a Special Waste Executive at Republic Services. Over her 31-year tenure, she became widely known for her unwavering dedication, professionalism, and strong work ethic. Susan earned the deep respect and admiration of colleagues across the industry, not only for her leadership and expertise, but for the integrity and compassion she brought to her work. Her influence extended far beyond her title, leaving a lasting impression on all who had the privilege of working alongside her.
Above all else, Susan was a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished sister, and loyal friend. She is lovingly remembered by her husband, Leonard Allala; her children, Ashlee Randall, Lauren Allala, and Kyle Allala; and her brothers, Todd Stanfield and Robert Randall. She was preceded in death by her mother, Roxene Randall, and her father, Norman Page.
Those who knew Susan will remember her nurturing spirit and heartfelt honesty. She had a rare gift for offering support that was both sincere and empowering—always ready with thoughtful advice, encouragement, or a listening ear.
Susan’s home radiated warmth and joy and was often filled with laughter shared with family, friends, and her beloved dogs, Cooper and Gigi, who brought her constant comfort and companionship.
Susan’s legacy lives on through the many lives she touched with kindness, resilience, and love. May her memory continue to bring comfort and strength to all who knew and loved her.
