Chress will be remembered for his love of the outdoors, in particular, fishing, hunting and camping.
Chress is survived by his wife and best friend of 50 years, Marie; his sons Gordon (Liana) and Brian (Lisa); his grandsons Christopher and Justin; his great-grandson Lucian; his brother James (Moni); his sister Alice (Albert) as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Chress was predeceased by his parents Randolph and Lucy and by his daughter Michelle.
