Cornelis Johannes van Middelkoop

John is survived by his loving wife and best friend for 48 years, Marilyn; his daughter Teri-Lyn van Middelkoop (Warren Kendall); his son Mark (Xiu Yu), his two grandchildren: Ian and Bryce Grylls; his four brothers: Ted (Gisele), Bob, Ralph (Donna) and Ben (Barb); his four sisters: Connie (Dave) Magee, Yvonne (Marv) Milne, Tania (Geoff) Krocker and Erica van Middelkoop as well as numerous other relatives and friends.

He was predeceased by his parents Ted & Maria van Middelkoop, his sister-in-law Donna and his niece Amanda van Middelkoop.

A Celebration of John’s Life will be held on Saturday, July 8, 2023 from 2 P.M. to 7 P.M. at the Stony Plain Golf Course, 18 Fairway Drive, Stony Plain, AB.

A Special request has been made by John’s family. John loved his ball caps. It was hard to find him without wearing one. Please feel free to wear your favorite ball cap to the Celebration of his life in memory of John. Calgary Flames hats especially welcome!
