1963 - 2023

It is with great sadness that the family of Mr. Darwin Lines of Stony Plain, AB announce his passing on May 24, 2023, at the age of 59 years.

Darwin will be remembered as a loving husband, father, son, brother and grandfather. He loved the outdoors in particular camping, boating and quadding. He also enjoyed spending time on the course, playing a round of golf with family and friends.

Darwin will forever be loved by his wife and best friend of 37 years Maureen; his children: Cameron, Christine (Ross), and Jason (Kam); his grandchildren Aiden and Charlotte; his mother Kathryn and his brother Randy (Joanne). He is also survived by his father and mother-in-law Dennis & Sharron Matthews; his brother-in-law Daniel (Debbie), as well as his nieces, extended family, and friends.

Darwin was predeceased by his father Lloyd.

A Memorial Service will be held for Darwin at 1:30 PM on Monday, June 5, 2023, at Parkland Funeral Chapel, 3502 – 44 Avenue, Stony Plain, Alberta.
