Doris Catherine Boyd

1931 - 2023

It is with great sadness that the family of Mrs. Doris Boyd of Stony Plain, AB (formerly of Wildwood, AB.) announce her passing on March 15, 2023, at the age of 91 years.

Doris will be remembered as a hard-working farm wife who could do any and all chores with great pride and expertise. She was a humorous woman with a very happy disposition.

Doris will forever be loved by her daughters Wanita (Duane) and Patricia (Jim); her sons: Brian (Ione), Dan, Allen (Bonnie), and Andrew; her 20 grandchildren and by numerous great-grandchildren. Will also be remembered by her brother Norman (Sheila); her sister Florence; her sister-in-law Annie as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

She is predeceased by her husband Leonard; brothers: Jim, Tom, and Bill as well as daughters-in-law Sharon and Hayley.

A Funeral Service will be held for Doris at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, March 22, 2023, at Parkland Funeral Chapel, 3502 – 44 Avenue, Stony Plain, Alberta.
