E.Jay lived a long, happy life and died peacefully in his sleep at the Sturgeon Hospital after a short battle with heart failure. He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years Theresa; two children, Rose (Blake) Dunn and Lee Lindeburg; two grandchildren Austin and Kiel and brother John (Yvonne) Lindeburg.
E.Jay was predeceased by his mother Mina and father Vern as well as brother Vernell.
He was a beloved Papa that loved to fish and passed his passion on to grandson Austin. Many an afternoon was spent at “secret” fishing spots.
He was also known to enjoy a fine cigar with a glass of single malt scotch a time or two.
E.Jay was a loving husband, father, papa and a great friend to many, he will be missed by all who loved him.
A celebration of life for Edwin will be held Thursday, August 31, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Parkland Funeral Services, 3502 44th Ave, Stony Plain, AB T7Z1L1.
