Gail Yvonne Coutts

Gail was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and cherished friend. She is lovingly remembered by her children Joanne (Brad) and Kelly (Lorraine); her grandchildren: Ryan (Kayla), Conner (Amber), Kyle, Leigh (Troy), and Paige (Kaieson); her sister-in-law Edna, Shirley, and Joan; brother-in-law Larry, Buck (Ruby), Leo, and Bill as well as many nieces and Nephews.

She was predeceased by her loving husband Joe (2018) as well as by her sister, brothers, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.

Gail’s loud strength, thoughtful nature and enduring love for her family and friends left a lasting impression on all who knew her. She lived a life grounded in kindness, resilience and grace. Whether spending time with her family or friends, cheering on the Oilers, watching curling, enjoying happy hour, a good game of cards or simply sharing her wisdom with those around her, Gail brought warmth and compassion into every space she entered.

A private family gathering will be held to celebrate her life. In place of flowers, the family asks that donations be in Gail’s name to the Stony Plain Legion or to a charity of choice.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
