I had the privilage & honor to be Perry's cousin,  so many great memories laughing together. Perry will live on in the hearts of everyone who knew him & loved him.  My deepest condolences to the family he will be greatly missed 

I have so many memories of us growing up together, Christmas’s, when you guys were in the hospital, special occasions, and of course our chats over messenger just lately. You were such a great person. I loved  chatting with you. I’m sorry I never saw the sadness or that you needed help. Till we meet again, rest easy cuz. ❤️

Perry was truly a kind, big hearted man. I will always have fond memories of Christmas celebrations with him around the table, first for a meal, and always finishing with a game. I was staying with a friend in Edmonton who had painted their hardwood floors, and it was aweful, you couldn't walk without getting paint chips everywhere. Keep in mind Perry did not know my friend at all, but he was my brother-in-law. So he drove out with Diane to Edmonton, and spent two days on a weekend of his very rare days off helping us cut and lay laminate flooring. Perry would do anything for anyone if he could, without hesitation. He also tried to teach me how to two step, but I was not a very competent student. I will miss him tremendously, best brother-in-law anyone could hope for.
Rest easy Perry

I have so many memories of Perry....but the most recent one I think speaks to who Perry was. It was the middle of our miserable Alberta winters. My driveway had turned into a 3 inch thick ice rink. Perry and Diane were visiting. Perry took one look outside and next thing I knew...there he was with my ice chipper clearing away all that ice. It took him at least a couple of hours. But there I had a bare cleared driveway. Perry was soaking wet with sweat and it was COLD out.  I was so grateful. It may seem like a small thing but his gesture of kindness spoke volumes.

When I think of Perry, I remember all the memories I have coming to visit. You were so kind and always so welcoming. We will all miss you so dearly.

Diamme, Levi, bella Zack, Cheyenne, Joyce, and Wilford. Some of our fondest memories of course were the times that our kids spent together playing card, games, wiener, roasts, and summer fun. Your family was one of the very few that always had a seat available for all of us to come and join in at your home Perry  always had the barbecue on And you guys always made us feel welcome like family ! Always and forever in our hearts.

I was blessed to meet you all during the Seba Beach schools day's, it was always great to see everyone & the kid's when there was an event happening, the absolute best of times.
Perry always said hello to me & asked how I was doing. 
He was always smiling & had a great sense of humor, his quick wit made me LOL a few times & his a calming patience was appreciated when events weren't going as they should.
I am so grateful to have met you & been able to spend time with you all.

When I think of my dad, Perry. I have to many memories to count. It’s never just one that comes to mind. It’s 4 at a time sometimes more, I remember I use to leave him notes before he’d go to work on days. He always wished we’d have a father son relationship, he always wanted to be that go to guy for me. So I’m these notes I’d say things like “ I wanna learn how to shave, and how to run a chainsaw.” Well he never taught me have to run a chainsaw but he did teach me how to shave. He taught me how to be a safe driver in winter, taught me to respect truck drivers because they don’t have it easy. It’s these little things that always come to mind. You were one heck of a father. Little did you know you were always my go to man, I remember telling you I was getting married. I told you 5 days I’m advance, you were worried you wouldn’t be able to get the day off. I told you it’s okay I understand. That night after we talked on the phone I cried, thinking you wouldn’t be able to make it to that special day for me. You made it, you, mom, Levi, and Bella. You all made it. You made it happen and I don’t know how you did. You’re always going to be in my thoughts no matter what I go through on a daily basis. I remember one time, my mom came up with a rental car, it was a dodge charger. Newer one, and you told me to go do a burn out in it at the end of the road. I tried and couldn’t do it so we both went out and you couldn’t do it either. We tried for a good 10mins and then you called the car a piece of shit with no horse power. I’m really going to miss you pops. I’ll always keep these memories close. Love you!

Perry was one of the most caring, giving, accepting and supportive people we have ever known. Our daughter was up to play with Bella one day and as you all know perry built one of the largest kitchen islands we've ever seen. The girls were proceeding to make cookies and had flour, cookie batter from one end of the kitchen island to the other. My husband said Perry omg what a mess and Perry just kept saying they are just kids. True story of Perry's character of being an incredible person. We will miss Perry and sending all of the family our sincere condolences, hugs to you all
