Eileen Mary Naughton, 74, of Pomona, NY (formerly of Bergen County NJ) passed away peacefully in her sleep on October 31, 2017 after a long illness. Eileen was born February 20, 1943 in Sacramento, CA. She is predeceased by her parents George and Edith Naughton. She is survived by her brother Michael (Marybeth) Naughton, nieces Christine (Greg) Catarella and Tracey (Christopher) Polizzi, and her great nephews and niece Lucas, Nicholas, Connor and Sophia. Eileen graduated from St. Peters High School in Westernport, Maryland. She was employed in retail office management. Eileen enjoyed skiing, skeet-shooting and spending time with family and friends as well as cheering on her nieces and nephews at their sporting events. The family will receive friends and relatives on Friday November 3 from 3pm – 7pm at Michael J. Higgins Funeral Home, 73 North Liberty Dr. Stony Point, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Eileen on Saturday November 4 at 11 AM St. Boniface Church in Wesley Hills with interment to follow at George Washington Cemetery in Paramus, NJ.
