His time in service reflected his dedication, strength, and sense of duty.
In 1973, Allen married the love of his life, Martha Carrano. Together, they built a life filled with love, adventure, and family, spending many years living in Germany. Allen was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather who found his greatest joy in the time he spent with those he loved.
He is lovingly remembered by his daughter, Wendy; his son-in-law, Rob; and his cherished grandson, Robbie. He is also survived by his sister, Sally; his nieces, Kelly and Melody; and his nephew, Terry.
