Amanda Sue Marshall

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Amanda T. Marshall, age 64, on June 11, 2025. Amanda is survived by her beloved husband Richard A. Marshall; her daughters, Stephanie Lockhart, Alicia Klingensmith (and her husband John Klingensmith), stepmother to Carrie Marshall-Augustus (and her wife Julia Marshall-Augustus), Jessica Marshall, and Katherine Vollo (and her husband Joseph Vollo); her beautiful five grandchildren, Madison Serapilio, Ella Serapilio, Dylan Vollo, Gus Vollo, and Matthew Lockhart; daughter to the late Murial P. Tomer and Clifford W. Tomer; sister to Tamara T. McCallum (and her husband John McCallum), and also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and hundreds of friends. The family will be having a celebration of her life ceremony in Buffalo, NY, this Summer and in Hobe Sound, FL in the Fall. Both dates will be announced in the near future.

Amanda was born in Rochester, N.Y. on April 7, 1961. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from RIT in 1983 with a degree in Business and Economics. She had a long-term career in Financial Services, and just recently retired on June 1st, 2025. Amanda was known for her kindness, her generosity, and her love for her family and friends. She would light up any room that she would walk in and had a presence that will always be remembered. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her, and her memory will live on in our hearts forever.
