Audrey was born on March 5, 1936. Her birth parents were Clyde and Grace Cook. She was raised by her aunt Beatrice and uncle Sylvester Bergaglio. She graduated from Amityville High School (NY) and the State University of New York College at Cortland. Audrey owned Anderson Travel in Babylon, NY for 20 years with her husband, Martin Gensler. She raised 5 children in Massapequa Park, Oak Beach, and West Gilgo Beach on Long Island.
Audrey was predeceased by her husband of 53 years, Martin; her daughters Lisa and Erica McGeehan, her son Martin, and her grandson Peter. She is survived by her sons Harry Baumann IV and Michael Gensler; her daughters-in-law Maryann and Lori; her son-in-law Malcolm McGeehan; her grandchildren Maximilian, Alexander, Sam McGeehan, Gillian Haggerty (Jordan), Tyler, Michael, Brendon, John, and Kateri; and her great-grandchildren Charlotte Haggerty and Weston Haggerty.
A Memorial Service will be held on August 13, 2025 from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Aycock Funeral Home 6801 SE Federal Highway, Stuart, Fl 34997.
