Certainly one of our most unforgetable persons, Betty was a great friend. One of my favorite memories was the joy she got when we brought her a bag of books.  She loved to read.  Other wonderful memories were her dedication to Mary's Kitchen and doing the flowers for the tables and of course Betty's Boutique.  She was like another grandmother to our son and daughter.  She was always active at St Mary's and taught and ran the Sunday School with Jane for many years.  She also worked dilligently in the Cracker Barrell.  We are sure there are many more memories if we could just remember them.  However, these are to be cherished and remembered.  We will miss her very much.  We extend our deepest sympathy to Stacey, Starr, Nora and Sophia.

I never knew Betty, but I have had the wonderful gift of knowing her daughter Starr......she is the closest I will ever know of Betty and that knowledge gives me the insight of someone who cherished people for who they are and could be ...... the spirit of giving of ones self to others in hopes  that they will be all that  they dream to be  is the person that Starr would describe  so fondly ......Starr...am I so sorry to hear of your loss.....our mothers are so much of who we are and  their very present in our lives ...0ne big hug to you girlfriend

We were lucky enough to be Betty's neighbor and her Friendship was a gift that went along with us living side by side.  We are very saddend by her passing, and wish the family all the best.

We will miss Betty greatly.  Saturdays will never be the same at Salon Ambiance without her presence, smile and love.  She was kind, giving and loving.  Betty was a special treasure.

I'm glad I got to see & talk with Ba not so very long ago, it had been a long time since I had seen her. I know she will be so very missed. I will always remember her warm hello's and huge smile. My prayers are with  the family.

Betty offered her kind and welcoming  friendship when I was new to St. Mary's Church and it was a pleasure to be  her friend over the years. I will miss her greatly.

Betty's friendliness and ever present smile will be missed by all who knew her. She was truly an asset to St. Mary's - a humble and devoted servant.

We will always remember Betty as her wonderful self.  She led such a full life and was so important to her students. What a great person.
