Richard was born in Huntsville, Alabama. He moved to Stuart, Fl. in the early 1960’s. Richard served in the Army from 1965 – 1967. After the service he became a house painter and Contractor.
He is pre-decreased by his parents Katherine and Carl Green and siblings, Jerry Green and Patricia Vickery He is survived by his wife Carol Ann, his sons Daniel (Alina wife) and Randall (Kathy), his sister Wanda Markham and his brother Glenn Green
