Daniel L McKenzie

He was born in Cincinnati, OH, graduated from Turpin High School and University of North Florida in Jacksonville, FL where he was assistant coach of the golf team.

He is survived by his brothers, Rod (Susan), Chris (Lisa); sister, Cindy Gray (Chris); four nieces; three nephews; many aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was Assistant Pro at Plantation Country Club in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL; worked for the PGA Tour and Pfizer Pharmaceutical Co.

His love was cooking, golf, hiking, fishing and his dog, “Jessie”.

He was predeceased by his grandparents, Fred and June McKenzie and Fred and Rita Law; several aunts and uncles.

We wish to express our gratitude to the Hospice Team for their loving care and the Family Private Care.

Services will be held at Young and Prill Chapel, 6801 SE Federal Hwy., Stuart, FL 34997 at 10 AM, Saturday, July 19, 2014. A private family Celebration of His Life will be held after the service.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial contribution may be made to Treasure Coast Hospice, 1201 SE Indian St., Stuart, FL 34997 or the Cancer Society.
