Daryl was born in Ft. Lauderdale, FL to Mildred and Derry Hall on September 29, 1949. She grew up in Delray Beach and graduated from Palm Cove High School in Pompano Beach. Daryl modeled as a young lady and again in her later years. She was a Steel Draftsman, an Event Planner and had owned a successful Gift Basket business with her daughter, Casey. She loved animals and enjoyed photography.
Daryl was beautiful, loving, creative and talented in every sense. She loved to create. From woodworking to decorating to planning the Officer’s Ball & Luau at the Naval Base in Mayport, Daryl was always spreading her creativity and talent around.
In 1989 Daryl married James(Jim)Malone. They moved to Jacksonville shortly after where Jim started Malone Steel, Inc. In 1998 they moved both the business and themselves to St. Augustine. In 2013 Daryl moved to Hobe Sound to be near her daughter and family.
Daryl was predeceased by both parents and her husband Jim in 2007. She is survived by her daughter Casey, son in law Glenn, grandson Sam, her brother Robert(Bob)Hall, sister in law Martha, nieces Tracy and Ashley, and her faithful and truly loving cat Tiger Woods Malone. We all will dearly miss her presence in our lives.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, June 29, 2024 in Hobe Sound, Florida.
