Born in The Bronx, New York, she had previously lived in Smithtown, New York before relocating to the Stuart area 17 years ago.
Denise was a children’s librarian and had worked for the Martin County Library System for 16 years. She was the Story time Lady at Blake and Morgade Libraries.
She was of Catholic faith.
Denise is survived by father and stepmother, Anthony and Marilyn Martine of Stuart, FL, and daughter, Lauren Hayton of Stuart, Florida.
She was predeceased by her mother, Loretta, and her brother, Glen Anthony Martine.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 24, 2013 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM with a funeral service to begin at 2:00 PM at Aycock Funeral Home in Stuart. Interment will follow at Fernhill Memorial Gardens in Stuart, FL.
