Doris T Prejean

Born in Jackson, Mississippi, she had been a resident of Stuart since 2004 coming from Bridge City, Texas.

Doris will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and friend, an accomplished artist, pianist, and quilter, and an adventurous woman who enjoyed camping and riding motorcycles.

She is survived by her daughter, Leslie Prejean Blanchard, and her husband, Doug of Stuart, Florida; son, Traylor Prejean and his wife, Gail of Orlando, Florida; son, Paul Prejean and his wife, Deana of San Antonio, Texas, and her grandchildren, Tracy, Adam and Bonnie Prejean., and two brothers, Guy and KeyTraylor.

Friends and family are invited to gather at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens on Highway 87 in Orange, Texas on Thursday, October 11, 2012 at 10:00 AM where Doris will be laid to rest at the side of her husband, Albert L. Prejean.

Memorial Contributions may be made in her honor to Amore Assisted Living and Dementia Facility, 1634 S. Kanner Highway, Stuart, Florida, 34994. Their excellent care, genuine love, and concern for Doris and kindness to her family mean everything at this time of loss.
