Emma Kerner

Born in New York, New York, Mrs. Kerner moved to Stuart in 1958 with her family, and had resided here until moving to Oviedo, Florida 17 years ago.

While in Stuart, she was a consumer credit clerk for Sears Roebuck for many years and was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church. Mrs. Kerner loved to knit, and as a resident of Lutheran Haven in Oviedo, would knit hand towels for their community store. She was also a member of St. Luke Lutheran Church in Oviedo.

Mrs. Kerner is survived by her son, Robert (Maria) of Port St. Lucie, FL; grandson, William “Billy” (Shannon) of Jensen Beach, FL; grandson, Dean (Lara) of St. Augustine, FL; granddaughter, Tristine Davis (Jason) of Port St. Lucie, FL; grandson, Ian (Audra) of Port St. Lucie, FL; great grandchildren, Will, Logan, Tyler and Jessica Phipps, Marlena (Johnny), Grayson, Merrick, Colby and Chase.

She was predeceased by her husband, Albert; son, Chuck and his wife, Shirley, and grandson, Daniel.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 4, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Aycock Funeral Home in Stuart, FL. Interment will be held at All Saints Cemetery in Jensen Beach, FL.
