

Frances was born in Boston, daughter to Francis and Beatrice Quigley. She was one of eight. She was 92 when she passed at home in Florida with her loving husband Roy and family. During their 75 year marriage, they had an adventure filled life with children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She enjoyed cruising, boating on the “Fran”, dancing, bowling, family get togethers and of course, playing cards. They raised most of the family in Dorchester, Ma. Had a lifetime of memories from their cottage in Carver, Ma. then switching to boating on “The Fran”. They moved to Quincy where they raised the youngest “Mahoney’s” and upon retirement, spent winters in Hobe Sound, Fl.
Frances worked as a School Crossing Guard for the City of Boston and later retired from the State of Massachusetts Unemployment Division.
She is predeceased by two daughters, Carolyn Owens and Keli Mahoney. She was the last survivor of the Quigley clan.
Survivors include her husband Roy of 75 years, daughters Susan Nye and Diane Clare and sons, Roy and Steven Mahoney. 10 Grandchildren, Rob, Shawn, Chuck, David, Sarah, Ryan, Lauren, Sean, Kyle and Katie. 10 Great Grandchildren, Cole, Riley, Carson, Natalie, Reese, Drew, Lily, Layla, Gavin, and Ayden.
She was loved by all and will be dearly missed.
