Frank was born in Southampton, New York in 1945 to Francis Eugene Babula and Cecilia Moerck.
Frank was a professional tradesman, focusing on carpentry and painting, and completed carpentry and welding programs at Wright Tech in Stamford, Connecticut. He retired from Cleveland Clinic’s Martin North Hospital in Stuart, FL. Frank was also an avid “picker” and canvassed the area relentlessly for hidden gems, collectibles, and artifacts.
He was preceded in death by his younger brother, Kenneth Babula, and mother, Cecilia Moerck. He is survived by his daughter Kylene Babula and grandchildren.
