Born in Boston, Massachusetts he previously lived in Ft. Lauderdale, FL before relocating to Stuart in 1999.
He was a chef and worked for Lumcon in Chauvin, LA for 12 years.
Mr. Joltki was a member of St. Martin dePorres Catholic Church.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 15 years, Helen J. Joltki of Stuart, FL; son Steven “Max Joltki of Stuart, FL; parent Stephen and Carolyn Joltki of Winthrop MA; sister Kris H. Joltki of Boson, MA; and uncle, Robert Kazinkonis of Miami, FL.
A visitation will on Thursday, February 7, 2013 from 6:00 to 9:00 pm at Aycock Funeral Home is Stuart. A mass will be held at St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church on Friday, February 8, 2013.
