Born in Bristol, PA, he lived on the Treasure Coast for the last 13 years coming from Broward County.
Steven was Executor Director of Operations for the Martin County School System for 13 years. He also served with the Florida Highway Patrol Auxiliary for nine years.
He is survived by his loving wife of 18 years, Elisa Weil of Stuart, FL; daughters Brittany Nichole and Stephanie Lauren; parents, Janice and Robert Weil, Sr., of Port St. Lucie, FL; brothers Robert Weil, Jr., of Boynton Beach, FL and Drew Weil, Sr. of Palm City, FL.
A gathering of friends will be held on Thursday, June 27, 2013 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Grace Place in Stuart followed by a memorial service at 1:00 pm.
